SHIPPING TIMELINE All orders will be scheduled for shipment in 1-3 business days after the order is placed. We ship orders from our warehouse in Oklahoma.
If your order is from the US: Once your order has been shipped out, it generally takes between 2-5 business days to be delivered.
If your order is from Canada: Once your order has been shipped out, it generally takes between 7-15 business days to be delivered.

REFUNDS Any refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the return back to our warehouse. Please ensure the product is in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
IMPORTANT: Personalized items are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of defects.
RETURNS We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. We will provide return labels for returns made within this period. Please ensure the product is returned unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging. Any damages to the product may affect the total refund amount depending on the condition.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS Customers will have to pay for international return labels if they wish to return the product within 30 days of delivery. This is because our warehouses are based in the US.
Damaged Products If an order arrives damaged, we will offer a replacement for the damaged part, the entire product, or a refund.
Accidental Damage We do not cover any accidental damage made by the customer. However, we can offer a replacement part for the same model at a cost, depending on the availability of the product.
Product Upgrades We do not offer product upgrades, and this is not covered under the lifetime warranty.
Manufacturing Defects In case of any defects related to product design, we will offer a replacement.

Excellent experience from start to finish. The website was easy to browse, checkout was simple, and the packaging was top tier—the unboxing genuinely felt like a luxury experience.
The case itself looks amazing and feels extremely well made. It’s definitely worth the investment if you’re looking for a true display piece rather than just storage.
I actually use mine to display shark teeth instead of coins, and it works perfectly. It gives the collection a clean, high-end look.
The acrylic lid arrived damaged, but anything can happen when something is shipped. H&H sent a replacement right away, no hassle at all. The new one’s perfect. Their Customer Service is 5 stars.
It’s a masterpiece love this design with all the secret compartments. The fact that I can display my knives, watches, and coin collection all in one place it’s perfect. But if there was something to highlight or would of liked to seen in this masterpiece was a collectors badge with its official number from the 300 batch. But other then that best one yet.
I’ll start off by saying I absolutely love this box, from the unboxing experience to the way it was packaged with care this was exactly what I was expecting from this company after all the greatness I’ve heard. With that being said from the video you can clearly see that that the main drawer doesn’t sit quite right on the left side. It sticks on the left side tracks and doesn’t close all the way. Now this is just cosmetic problems and doesn’t take away from the overall quality of this piece, but they asked me for an honest review and that is what I had to say.
The quality and craftsmanship is unmistakable. The case conveys attention to detail and great care. The one area of improvement, and the only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars, is the height of the pen rests on the top level, causing the pens to sit up too high and not allowing the lid to close. If I store them nib down, it works, but many of them are inked up so I don’t want to do that. Guys, redesign those rests to rise by ½” less, and it’d be perfect (and I would buy them as a replacement for the ones I have now).
This is my third Holme & Hadfield product, and once again, I’m really impressed. The Armory looks great, feels solid and well made, and the quality is exactly what I’ve come to expect from them. I’ve been happy with all three purchases, and this one definitely didn’t disappoint. Their customer service is also 5 stars.
What can I say, I absolutely love the workmanship and the ability to clearly see my watches. I’ve never seen such packaging from a manufacturer, superb packaging. Certainly ensures that the product arrives undamaged. Very happy with my purchase!

The quality is great and they fit perfectly with my original armadas. Installation was pretty easy. It was tough lining them up with the stickie pieces already installed. I had to do it a few times. I would also like to say that the new style partitions are a lot thicker and closer together. They barely fit any knives and I’ve had to remove almost all of them with is leaving my knives lose and at risk of scratching. I liked the original version much better.
The Riser-Collector is absolutely perfect. It gave me extra space for 10 more watches and was instantly full. Fully loaded the drawer opens and closes so smoothly. And the finish perfectly matches the original Collector my wife gave me. Get it!
I honestly Love everything about my new knife case and risers. My only disappointment was that when I received the plexiglass top the front bottom strip of the plexiglass was completely disconnected and I had to use epoxy to reconnect it. You would only notice it if I pointed it out.
I purchased this from Japan.
I was a little worried before it arrived because many overseas products I've bought have had poor packaging or inconsistent quality. However, this product exceeded my expectations. The quality is even better than many products made in Japan, and the packaging was so carefully done that it reminded me of how delicate computer equipment is protected during shipping. I was genuinely impressed.
I am also extremely satisfied with the display case itself. It is a beautifully crafted product.
Stationery has been very popular in Japan for quite some time, yet there are surprisingly few high-quality display cases available here. If your products became easier to purchase from Japan, I'm sure they would sell very well.
I have been waiting for this configuration - the ability to combine both knife and watch holders in the top display! I really love the build quality, and even through the price point is comparatively high, I know that I will have this for decades. It was worth the investment compared to the cheap Amazon alternatives. The only request is that H&H provide horizontal dividers that allow you to customize the compartments even more. I 3D printed some, but it would be awesome if I could have matching wood inserts (see video).
Love the Legacy and the addition of the riser. Would like to see the option to have the riser set up offered instead of the standard wooden posts. Better use of space and 6 more slots for watches. Overall, best product I have seen on the market.
I have the Original Armory, before the folding lid allowing me to display 7 knives. In fact, I have the Original Knife Deck that displayed 4 knives and stored some below. Out grew that pretty quick and now the wife rocks it.
Then after running out of room in the Armory, I found the pucks, which allows me to display 5 more knives for a total of 12. Couldn't be happier with the product, and the customer service is exceptional.
Probably going to have to upgrade soon to the new Armada. Sigh...
I love this product. You will as well. If you are a serious collector, then the investment is worth it. Keep the packaging and pass it down for generations to come. This display was built to last.
I am a big fan of the Knife display products sold. I had quickly run out of room and the risers were perfect solution. I originally ordered two and quickly ran out of the room in the original Armada and the two risers. I will be ordering the third riser. I also purchased three of the shadow boxes that you can hang on the wall or place on your desk. The quality is top notch. I would and have recommended this firm’s products to fellow the Collectors.

I started collecting pens a few months ago and I purchased the Holme and Hadfield pen deck a couple of months ago. The pen deck holds 17 pens and unfortunately (actually fortunately), I now have way more than 17 pens. I have now purchased two “scribes” which are perfect for my growing collection. I am certain I will need one or two more “scribes” in the near future. Great product and it compliments the pen deck very well.
I did something a little different. Fits my casino chip collection perfectly but I change them out with challenge coins every so often. This vault is built and packaged incredibly
I had many watch cases throughout the years, but this is the nicest, biggest, Rich looking case I’ve ever had. It holds all my watches, plus some jewelry. I highly recommend this case. And on top of it all, it came quick and very secure. Plenty of foam in the box.
