Do you have a refund policy?

Of course we do! Having been consumers our entire lives, one of the things that still annoys us the most are the hoops you often have to jump through to get a refund or process a return online. You need to have the original manual, the packaging needs to be in pristine condition, and you can forget about it altogether if you’re a day late for the returns window... the list can be endless. 

For us, it doesn’t matter whether it’s been more than 28 days, you no longer have the original packaging, or you accidentally spilled coffee on it – we’re committed to making it right. So if you’re not happy with your product or order, let us know, and you can return it for a refund or exchange. We like to keep it easy! 

Is Holme & Hadfield a small business?

What do you mean by “approved/developed by collectors”?

We work with our community of thousands of collectors at every step of the product development process, from idea, to design, to testing, to constantly implementing their feedback to produce the perfect case!  

Are the products good gifts for Christmas or Fathers’ Day?

Yes! We are on a mission to dispel the myth that men are hard to buy gifts for! We go to lengths to provide every customer with a memorable unboxing experience, making our cases the perfect gift for any collector.

It’s the surnames of co-founders, Ian & Phil, but more importantly it represents standing out of the crowd and being distinct in everything we do!

Where are you based?

Founders Ian & Phil are from the UK, but we are a small US business, registered in the US and our team are based all over the world!
