We accept returns within 28 days from the moment you receive your Humidor. We will provide return labels for returns made within this period. Please ensure the product is returned unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging. Any damages to the product may affect the total refund amount depending on the condition.

Yes. It’s fully Boveda-compatible and includes a free starter pack, so there’s no need for hydro gels or distilled water. Just drop in the pack — and you’re set.

What are the Boveda packets & how to use them?

Boveda packets are the easiest way to keep your cigars at the perfect humidity. They use two-way humidity control — adding or removing moisture as needed to maintain stable conditions.

Using them is simple: just place the included Boveda pack in the compartment under the cigar tray. That’s it — no gels, no distilled water, no maintenance.

Each pack lasts about 2–6 months depending on climate and humidor use. Replace the pack when it becomes stiff or dry.

How to set up The Humidor?

Setup is quick and easy:

Remove The Humidor from packaging.
Lift the cigar tray to access the compartment underneath.
Place the included Boveda pack under the tray.
Put the tray back, add your cigars, and close the lid to activate the airtight seal.

That’s it — The Humidor is ready to use. For best results, humidity will stabilize within 48–72 hours.

Glass-top humidors are actually very common. The difference comes down to how well the seal is engineered. The Humidor uses real glass framed in wood with a precision-fit seal that we’ve tested thoroughly to hold humidity reliably over time. With a Boveda pack inside, your cigars stay in perfect shape.

How do I calibrate the hygrometer?

The digital hygrometer comes factory-calibrated, but like all hygrometers it may drift slightly over time. Calibration is quick and easy:

Press and hold the “C/F” button for 3 seconds to enter calibration mode.
Use a reliable reference (such as a Boveda calibration kit) to check accuracy.
Adjust the reading up or down, then press and hold “C/F” again to save.

We recommend checking calibration at setup and every 6–12 months for best accuracy.
