REFUNDS & RETURNS

RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. We will provide return labels for returns made within this period. Please ensure the product is returned unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging. If the product is damaged by customer or not in original condition, we may issue a partial refund.

REFUNDS
Any refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the return back to our warehouse. Please ensure the product is in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

International Returns
Customers will have to pay for international return labels if they wish to return the product within 30 days of delivery. This is because our warehouses are based in the US.

Damaged Products
If an order arrives damaged, we will offer a replacement for the damaged part, the entire product, or a refund.

Accidental Damage
We do not cover any accidental damage made by the customer. However, we can offer a replacement part for the same model at a cost, depending on the availability of the product.

Manufacturing Defects
In the rare case of a design or production flaw, we will gladly send you a free replacement.

Are the dividers removable or adjustable?

Knife Case Risers (Armory & Armada): Yes. Each drawer comes with adjustable dividers, so you can configure the layout to suit your knives.
Watch Case Risers (Collector & Legacy): No dividers. Instead, each drawer includes watch pillows to securely hold your timepieces.

Can I stack more than one drawer?

Absolutely. You can stack as many as you want, and installation is quick & easy!

How do you install The Riser?

It’s quick and tool-free:

Remove all items from your display case.
Place The Riser in your desired position.
Peel off the backing from the adhesive rubber pads (included) and place them sticky-side-up in the 4 pre-drilled alignment points on The Riser.
Carefully lower your display case onto The Riser, making sure the edges line up.
Let it sit for about an hour so the feet can adhere securely to the bottom of your display case.
Reload your collection — you're good to go!
