HOW DOES THE SHIPPING WORK

All orders will be scheduled for shipment in 1-3 business days after the order is placed.

Once your order has been shipped out from our warehouse, you will receive an automated shipping notification to your email. This will contain your tracking information!

SHIPPING TIME

US orders: Once your order has been shipped out, it generally takes between 2-5 business days to be delivered.

International orders: Once shipped, it could take up to 5-12 business days to be delivered.

* The delivery times are subject to change depending on carrier reliability; based on extreme delays caused by weather or overall package volume.

You need to have the original manual, the packaging needs to be in pristine condition, and you can forget about it altogether if you’re a day late for the returns window... the list can be endless.

For us, it doesn’t matter whether it’s been more than 28 days, you no longer have the original packaging, or you accidentally spilled coffee on it – we’re committed to making it right.

I could not be happier with my Holme and Hadfield Legacy case. The buying experience was seamless. The packaging for the case was robust but still elegant and professional. The outer box came damaged with a large gash in the side but the inner packaging and box was in touched. In terms of quality, the legacy case is top of the line. The craftsmanship is top tier and while the case is expensive ($300), the finishing and attention to detail is excellent. The clear plexiglass top of the case doesn’t feel flimsy at all while opening and closing and the drawers have high end and smooth tracks in them. Overall, I’m extremely pleased with the product and very happy I ordered it to store not only my watches, but straps and and other tools of the trade.

Overall quality and design is great. I have a small wrist and I am unable to clasp them in the display case. It is ideal for me to utilize the display case due to most of my watches being Eco-drive and solar. It would be nice if the wooden pegs could be oval shaped or have the same design as in the drawers.

My first armada arrived severely damaged but this was due to the delivery service I believe. I voiced my experience with Holme and Hadfield and they were absolutely amazing. They issued me a discount on the original order as well as replacing the entire armada! Top notch customer service is hard to find these days and seems to fade as a company grows…not in this case! Holme & Hadfield's The Legacy Watch Case arrived in a huge and heavy cardboard box. Inside the box is a lot of dense packing material to protects the actual packaging, which is done in a classy matte black cardboard. The packaging itself is an event and elevates the experience. While the packaging is wonderful it is the opposite of environmentally friendly.Once everything is unboxed the watch case is amazing to look at and touch. The materials are all high quality and case looks and feels more like a piece of fine furniture than a watch box. The wood finish is deep and rich. The drawers have real drawer slide hardware and glide open smoothly. Unfortunately it takes a little effort to get the drawers out since they are so tightly fitted. The acrylic top is blemish and color free and opens smoothly. Included are leather pads that protect the watches placed over the pegs. The case is large, but fits on the top of my dresser fine, and rubber feet are included to protect your furniture.I have a wide variety of watches with stainless, silicone, leather, and cuff bands. I also have a small wrist. While the watches with leather and silicone bands fit nicely on the wooden pegs under the acrylic lid, my stainless bands cannot clasp and fit over the pegs. So I have to leave the clasps open. With that said, I am an outlier and have very small wrists as a 5'6" and 135 pound male. Most people should not have the same issue I have.Thankfully there are additional watch storage spaces in the first drawer that will accommodate smaller bands. Sadly there is not much clearance between the top of the watch and the top of the case when you close the drawer, and it is not lined, so you have to be sure your watch is securely fitted or it may get scratched when you open and close the drawer. The drawers accommodate a wide variety of items and are well organized. I have a few wallets, rings, and bracelets in mine.All in all... a stunner.

First off the customer service is amazing. I had an issue with my product and Holme and Hadfield went straight to work to rectify the issue. They went above and beyond keeping me informed all along the way.As for the product, it’s truly a well constructed product that should prove to be very durable. Although the plexiglass top isn’t the most durable feeling, the deck and drawers are substantial. Felt lining is cut to fit each space exactly with zero glue showing anywhere. The wood appears to be polished well and the stain applied evenly. I would recommend this product and more importantly the company.

Ordered this WatchBox after seeing advertising for it on Facebook. While I keep my collection in the safe when traveling or not at home for any extended period of time, I really enjoy displaying the main pieces of my collection.The 360 display for 9 pieces in the plexiglass top shelf with vegan leather lining is outstanding. And the drawers are excellent on runners like a good cabinet drawer.It comes in a box that’s as nice as a luxury watch comes. Really crazy they make the effort for the packaging as well.And the customer service from the company is also tremendous.This is 100% worth every penny.If you have a watch collection, buy this or another of their cases.And if you have a loved one who suffers the horrible addiction that is watch collecting, BUY THIS!!!
