RETURNS We accept returns within 28 days of the purchase date. We will provide return labels for returns made within this period. REFUNDS Any refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the return back to our warehouse. Please ensure the product is in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
International Returns Customers will have to pay for international return labels if they wish to return the product within 28 days of the purchase date. This is because our warehouses are based in the US.
Damaged Products If an order arrives damaged, we will offer a replacement for the damaged part, the entire product, or a refund.
Accidental Damage We do not cover any accidental damage made by the customer. However, we can offer a replacement part for the same model at a cost, depending on the availability of the product.

I am a simple man... with a lot of watches. I like to keep those watches clean, protected, and in a safe place while I am at home at night or when I am at the office. I do a significant amount of work on a laptop so I periodically take off my watches during the workday so that they do not get scratched from my laptop's keyboard. I have tried other means as a better, more semi-permanent way to store my watch at my desk while it is not on my wrist. Everything I have tried was either too clumsy and fell over or straight up offered no protection from dust, spills, etc. This journey brought me to the original four-watch box from Holme and Hadfield! I loved the build quality, beautiful wood, display aesthetic with a drawer to store other essentials. THEN, I found "The Daily." This single watch box is EXACTLY what I have been searching YEARS for! I can take my watch off at work knowing it will stay safe. I can put my keys and my wallet in the bottom drawer so they no longer have to get lost in a desk drawer or left thrown on top of my desk. There isn't much else to say about this guy beside it is what I have been searching forever for! I am incredibly pleased with the overall look and build quality! From the entire unboxing experience to having the thing sit on my desk holding my favorite and more precious-to-me watches, I am very glad to say my journey of finding some way to store my watch at work every day is finally to a joyful close! The Sidekick is my third product from the company and if I had to be really honest with myself, it might actually be my favourite! Holme & Hadfield knocked this out of the park with designing a phone docking station that can remain evergreen as phone charging cables evolve over time. The additional elements like the single spot to display your watch, the soft “landing pad” for your pocket items and the drawer for everything else all make this an awesome desk or nightstand companion for all of your EDC gear. Seeing all of my favourite pieces of carry nearby while being neatly organized just checks off a lot of things for me, well done Holme & Hadfield!!
Very good bedside organizer. Perfect to keep you EDC items. Very slick how you attach your phone charger. It's just an adapter that will work with any charger.It needs to have rubber feet on the bottom. I ordered some separately, but wish it had them out of the box. The drawer is small so only slim style wallets will fit.
I ordered this for myself to help organize my nightstand.It was easy to assemble and looks very nice. I works well although my nightstand is still junky! That's a personal problem, not a fault of the product!
You don’t realize until you get one how much you need it. Everything for the day all organic and ready to go in one location. Usually keys sunglasses and wallets and never next to each other. With the organizer everything is at your fingertips. Plus you can set it up as a phone charging station!!!
I got this for my boyfriend to keep us items organized and in one place. He used to look for his watch, glasses and keys every morning and they are all safe in one stop. The watch holder is perfect and the little drawer is big enough for a thin wallet, some business cards and even his second watch to fit comfortably. The cell phone holder is great although we haven’t plugged it in to test the charger as we have a separate charging station for our devices outside of our bedroom. It is simple and stylish for the man in your life to stay organize and keep the morning running smooth. Highly recommend and a great gift idea too.
H&H have done it yet again and have expanded the organization to the nightstand! With a place to fit any phone charger, a watch, glasses, keys, knives, wallets, little duck figurines, and more this thing feels so spacious while remaining so compact and minimalistic! The color of the wood is beautiful and the packaging is the amazing signature black folding gift box that I've grown to know and love! As a long time customer personally owning multiple watch decks/ dailys and a knife deck, this was a no brianer when I found out H&H was releasing this guy! I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to step up your bedroom organization!
I knew this was going to be something special when I started the unpackaging. This comes beautifully (very secure) packed, making it very easy to gift. I love the quality of the wood and the clean lines. This is a very nice organizer. My husbands nightstand can sometimes be a mess and he is always looking for his keys or wallet and his phone charging cable always seems to get moved from room to room. This organizer has help clean all that up. He likes the simple, classy design and how it looks on his nightstand. He has used this for several weeks and has been very pleased with it. We both highly recommend this.
I am so excited to give this night stand organizer to my husband!!First of all, it is packed up really nice. Just like the super high dollar organizers are.Secondly, the quality of the wood is really great. It has some weight to it, so you know it's not made out of cheap "fake" wood (as I like to call it). The edges are rounded and very smooth.Finally, I have not put it together yet, as this is a gift for my husband, but it has instructions that you can get by scanning a QR code. This is great because you don't have to worry about another piece of paper.All around this is a great nightstand with a great design.
This is a very nice organizer. Note there is no charging built into the organizer, but there is a pass through that neatly passes a phone cable and holds it in place. The watch stand, holds a watch, but doesn't charge smart watches. A drawer slides out to put away small items and keep a nightstand or dresser neat. The quality of the materials and boxes are high, making this a great gift.
This organizer is high quality, sturdy and well made! It feels expensive and it comes in a nice packaging, making it ready for a good gift! When I first saw it, I had the impression that you could charge your Apple Watch on the watch part, but that is not the case: only after receiving it that I realized it was a classic watch on the pictures. Also, my wallet is a small leather bifold one, not a minimalist wallet. Yet it is too fat for the little drawer. I ordered the brown unit, but received the black one. Overall, depending on your needs, this is a really nice organizer.
First off, the packaging for delivery was great. Very secure and shows the care they put into it for customer satisfaction. Wood material is solid and doesn't feel cheap. Took me about 2 minutes...if that, to set up the docking station. Phone feels like it's fairly secure and no tilting or wobbling when docked. Drawer is perfect for pocket change or anything else small you may have in your pocket you want to store.Nice to have my everyday carries (phone, watch, wallet, bracelet, etc...) located in one convenient location. This would make a great father's day gift or gift for any occasion. And doesn't necessarily have to be for a male. Great gift for women too.
I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of this product. The unboxing experience was far better than I expected, and the wood finish is really nice. This organizer comes with its own tool, to use on the small bit that fastens your charging cable to the phone holder, which comes up from underneath.This is one of the self gifts for yourself, or someone in your life, who doesn't already have his edc organized. But it could serve as an extra decorative piece as well.
I have a small nightstand next to my bed, and room permitting doesn’t really allow for much bigger than what I have. There’s so much stuff in a little drawer already, so I really have not much room for anything else.At night, I typically throw my watch, phone And reading glasses on my nightstand, along with a bottle of water.During the night at least one of those things gets knocked to the floor as I’m looking for another…So when I came across this, I was so excited. It is the exact size to help alleviate a messy nightstand, so I went ahead and ordered it.It just arrived, and I have to say I am so incredibly impressed with it already! It came in an actual gift box, beautifully packaged along with a note card. Also, the price may seem a little bit high, but this is really high-quality stuff. I’m equally impressed with that.I took everything out of the shrink wrap and there is a QR code that gives you an easy direction to set it up. It just took me a few minutes.It holds exactly everything I need and it also has a little drawer to put some smaller items as well.It takes up a minimum amount of space yet helps out and such a big way. I cannot wait to use it tonight.It also would make a fantastic gift for the way it is packaged.It is an absolutely perfect item. If you need a little more extra space and I highly recommend it. This case is wonderful. In the majority of households many misplace their phone, keys, glasses, wallets, and other necessities. This is a wonderful product for keeping all of the important things together that I need for the day. It saves me time when I don't have to look for things. Thanks for this product it's wonderful.
I ordered this nightstand organizer to give my son a consistent place to put his glasses at night. He tends to lose them until he sits or steps on them 🫣 The organizer has served that purpose. It also gives him a place to put his phone and a few other little things as needed. There was some minor assembly required but it only took a few minutes to get everything together. Overall we are happy with it and would order again in the future.
Love it. I cut a round hole in a square of leather I had laying around to make it a mini “pro” model and cushion the watch every night. Drawer keeps my wallet safe from the dog and fits my earbuds, case knife, lighter and a rechargeable flash light.
I bought this for my brother as an upcoming Christmas gift. Well, Christmas is a LONG way away! He might not get this because it is SO beautiful and well made I may keep it for my self. I could use this too!

Was skeptical at first about the relative high price, but you know it’s worth it once you start opening the packag ( feels like an Apple product). It’s one of those items that’s actually better in hand. Some paint smell right out of the box, but should go away in a few days. Also a really tasteful gift for any friend who’s into watches. You won’t be disappointed with this.
Update: Customer service reached out regarding their quality control. Changing to 5 stars. Nice display case.Any suggestions on how to re-touch the scuffs?Original: Mine has the handle glued a bit off-set. Nicely packaged and a decent display case. QC could be better since my handle is crooked.
