We offer free shipping in the US for orders over $200!

REFUNDS & RETURNS

RETURNS

We accept returns within 28 days from the moment you receive your order. We will provide return labels for returns made within this period. Please ensure the product is returned unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging. If the product is damaged by customer or not in original condition, we may issue a partial refund.

Make sure to include your order number.

REFUNDS
Any refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the return back to our warehouse. Please ensure the product is in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

International Returns
Customers will have to pay for international return labels if they wish to return the product within 28 days of the purchase date. This is because our warehouses are based in the US.

Damaged Products
If an order arrives damaged, we will offer a replacement for the damaged part, the entire product, or a refund.

Accidental Damage
We do not cover any accidental damage made by the customer. However, we can offer a replacement part for the same model at a cost, depending on the availability of the product.

Manufacturing Defects
In the rare case of a design or production flaw, we will gladly send you a free replacement.

How much does each Riser drawer hold?

Armada Riser: Holds up to 18 knives (9 columns, 2 knives per column)
Armory Riser: Holds up to 16 knives (8 columns, 2 knives per column)
Legacy Riser – Holds up to 12 watches with fitted watch pillows.

You may be able to fit more if you’re storing smaller knives or adjusting the dividers.

Are the dividers removable or adjustable?

Knife Risers (Armory & Armada): Yes — each drawer comes with adjustable dividers, so you can configure the layout to suit your knives.
Watch Risers (Legacy): No dividers — instead, each drawer includes watch pillows to securely hold your timepieces.

Is it compatible with other cases?

This pre-order is only for The Legacy watch case.

We’ve already launched Risers for The Armory and The Armada knife cases, which are now closed and shipping soon.

A version for The Collector is coming later.

Can I stack more than one drawer?

Absolutely. You can stack as many as you want, and installation is quick & easy!

How do you install The Riser?

It’s quick and tool-free:

Remove all items from your display case.
Place The Riser in your desired position.
Peel off the backing from the adhesive rubber pads (included) and place them sticky-side-up in the 4 pre-drilled alignment points on The Riser.
Carefully lower your display case onto The Riser, making sure the edges line up.
Let it sit for about an hour so the feet can adhere securely to the bottom of your display case.
Reload your collection — you're good to go!

When will it ship?

The Armory Riser pre-order took place in June and will ship in September 2025.
The Armada Riser pre-order took place in late July / early August and will ship in November 2025.
The Legacy Riser pre-order is happening this week and will ship in December 2025.
