SHIPPING TIMELINE

This is a pre-order item — we’ll begin shipping The Riser in September 2025.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info.

US orders: Once your order has been shipped out, it generally takes between 2-5 business days to be delivered.

International orders: Once shipped, it could take up to 7-15 business days to be delivered.

You’ll receive an email with tracking info as soon as your order ships.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are based on product weight and calculated automatically at checkout.

We offer free shipping in the US for orders over $200!

REFUNDS & RETURNS

RETURNS

We accept returns within 28 days from the moment you receive your order. We will provide return labels for returns made within this period. Please ensure the product is returned unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging. If the product is damaged by customer or not in original condition, we may issue a partial refund.

REFUNDS
Any refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the return back to our warehouse. Please ensure the product is in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

International Returns
Customers will have to pay for international return labels if they wish to return the product within 28 days of the purchase date. This is because our warehouses are based in the US.

Damaged Products
If an order arrives damaged, we will offer a replacement for the damaged part, the entire product, or a refund.

Accidental Damage
We do not cover any accidental damage made by the customer. However, we can offer a replacement part for the same model at a cost, depending on the availability of the product.

Manufacturing Defects
In the rare case of a design or production flaw, we will gladly send you a free replacement.

Yes — each Riser comes with adjustable dividers, so you can configure the layout to suit your collection.

Is it compatible with all versions of The Armory?

Yes — The Riser is fully compatible with both The Armory and The Armory Pro.

Can I stack more than one drawer?

Absolutely. You can stack as many as you want, and installation is quick & easy!

Will it work with other display cases like The Collector or The Legacy?

Not yet — this first release is designed only for The Armory, but versions for the Collector, Legacy, and Armada are coming soon.

How do you install The Riser?

It’s quick and tool-free:

Remove all items from your Armory.
Place The Riser in your desired position.
Peel off the backing from the adhesive rubber pads (included) and place them sticky-side-up in the 4 pre-drilled alignment points on The Riser.
Carefully lower your Armory onto The Riser, making sure the edges line up.
Let it sit for about an hour so the feet can adhere securely to the bottom of your Armory.
Reload your collection — you're good to go!
