HOW MANY WATCHES DOES IT HOLD?

The Legacy is built for serious collectors. Here’s what the walnut Legacy (3.0) holds:

  • Top display: 9 wooden pillars under a wooden trim cover with metal hinges
  • Top drawer: 8 watches on individual soft pillows, plus an open compartment for straps and EDC
  • Bottom drawer: 14 watches, each slot with its own soft pillow

Total capacity: 31 watches (9 on display + 22 in the drawers)

 

Watch size: The pillars fit virtually any watch size, from everyday watches to oversized statement watches.

 

Soft padding: The top display is lined with vegan leather padding, so your watches rest on a soft base instead of bare wood.

 

Black Legacy: The black Legacy is still the 2.0 version: 9 watches on display under a hinged acrylic cover, 8 in the top drawer, and a bottom drawer for EDC (17 watches total). The black 3.0 is launching soon.

Our products are crafted to stand the test of time. Enjoy peace of mind with our lifetime warranty across the majority of our products. The Winder and The Humidor come with a 2-year warranty.

We currently ship to the United States and Canada only.

SHIPPING TIMELINE
All orders will be scheduled for shipment in 1-3 business days after the order is placed. We ship orders from our warehouse in Oklahoma.

 

If your order is from the US: Once your order has been shipped out, it generally takes between 2-5 business days to be delivered.

 

If your order is from Canada: Once your order has been shipped out, it generally takes between 7-15 business days to be delivered.

 

You'll receive an email with tracking info as soon as your order ships.
Be sure to check your spam or promotions folder if you don't see it.

 

Delivery to certain remote or extended-transit destinations may take longer, including: Alaska, Hawaii, Maine, Vermont, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Connecticut, Rhode Island.

 

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are based on product weight and calculated automatically at checkout.

 

We offer free shipping in the US for orders over $1,000.

 

**The delivery times are subject to change depending on carrier reliability, based on extreme delays caused by weather, overall package volume, or peak periods such as Valentine's Day, Father's Day, and Christmas.

 

IMPORTANT for Canadian orders: Your order may be subject to duties or taxes imposed by Canadian customs. It is the customer's responsibility to familiarise themselves with customs rules and regulations and to ensure payment of any duties or taxes that may apply to their order. Holme & Hadfield will not be able to provide refunds based on any duties or tariffs imposed by customs authorities.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. We will provide return labels for returns made within this period. Please ensure the product is returned unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging. If the product is damaged by customer or not in original condition, we may issue a partial refund.

 

🎁 For gifts purchased during this holiday season, we offer extended returns through January 31st, 2027.

REFUNDS
Any refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the return back to our warehouse. Please ensure the product is in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

International Returns
Customers will have to pay for international return labels if they wish to return the product within 30 days of delivery. This is because our warehouses are based in the US.

Damaged Products
If an order arrives damaged, we will offer a replacement for the damaged part, the entire product, or a refund.

Accidental Damage
We do not cover any accidental damage made by the customer. However, we can offer a replacement part for the same model at a cost, depending on the availability of the product.

Manufacturing Defects
In the rare case of a design or production flaw, we will gladly send you a free replacement.
