About our warranty

We stand by our products with a lifetime warranty. If, after some time, the product no longer meets the high expectations that we set and you expect, then contact us and we will make it right!

Please note: The Winder and The Humidor come with a 2-year warranty.

HOW TO REGISTER YOUR WARRANTY

To register your lifetime warranty, follow the instructions on the insert that came with your package, and enjoy peace of mind knowing we'll replace any broken parts or the entire product at no cost to you, for life.

If you don't have the packaging / insert anymore, simply register your warranty below.

WHAT’S COVERED UNDER WARRANTY

Product defects not caused by usage errors, such as:

- Clear degradation of quality over time that is unacceptable
- Damage upon arrival

WHAT ISN’T COVERED

Product defects caused by usage errors, including:

- Damage from the product falling off a desk, shelf, or table

- Scratches from accessories like watches, knives, or coins

- Cracks and scratches on the acrylic lid due to misuse

- Other accidental product damages

HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM

If you have registered your warranty and need to make a claim, please contact us at hello@holmeandhadfield.com with as much information as possible.

In your email, please include:

- Your name

- Order number (or indicate if it was a gift)

- A detailed description of the issue and when it occurred

- Photos or videos of the damage, if available
