SHIPPING TIMELINE
All orders will be scheduled for shipment in 1-3 business days after the order is placed. We ship orders from our warehouse in Oklahoma.

If your order is from the US: Once your order has been shipped out, it generally takes between 2-5 business days to be delivered.

If your order is from Canada: Once your order has been shipped out, it generally takes between 7-15 business days to be delivered.

You'll receive an email with tracking info as soon as your order ships.
Be sure to check your spam or promotions folder if you don't see it.

Delivery to certain remote or extended-transit destinations may take longer, including: Alaska, Hawaii, Maine, Vermont, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Connecticut, Rhode Island.

We offer free shipping in the US for orders over $1,000.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. We will provide return labels for returns made within this period. Please ensure the product is returned unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging. If the product is damaged by customer or not in original condition, we may issue a partial refund.

REFUNDS
Any refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the return back to our warehouse. Please ensure the product is in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

International Returns
Customers will have to pay for international return labels if they wish to return the product within 30 days of delivery. This is because our warehouses are based in the US.

Damaged Products
If an order arrives damaged, we will offer a replacement for the damaged part, the entire product, or a refund.

Accidental Damage
We do not cover any accidental damage made by the customer. However, we can offer a replacement part for the same model at a cost, depending on the availability of the product.

Manufacturing Defects
In the rare case of a design or production flaw, we will gladly send you a free replacement.

Is the top part made of glass or acrylic?

On the walnut Legacy (3.0), the cover has a wooden trim frame with a clear acrylic top, and opens on metal hinges for easy access to your watches. The black Legacy (2.0) has a hinged clear acrylic cover.

Does the case come assembled or do I need to assemble it?

The watch case arrives fully assembled and ready to use right out of the box, no setup required.

Does it have a lock or security feature?

No, it does not include a lock or security feature. It is designed for display and easy access rather than secure storage.

Can I store other EDC items in the case besides watches?

Yes! On the walnut Legacy (3.0), the top drawer has an open compartment next to the watch slots for spare straps, rings, coins and other small essentials. On the black Legacy (2.0), the bottom drawer is open storage for EDC like wallets, straps, sunglasses and coins.
