HOW DOES THE SHIPPING WORK
All orders will be scheduled for shipment in 1-3 business days after the order is placed.
Once your order has been shipped out from our warehouse, you will receive an automated shipping notification to your email. This will contain your tracking information! *Please double check your spam/promotions folders.
SHIPPING COST
Shipping cost is based on the weight of the product(s) and is calculated automatically in the checkout.
We offer free shipping in the US for orders over $200!
SHIPPING TIME
US orders: Once your order has been shipped out, it generally takes between 2-5 business days to be delivered.
International orders: Once shipped, it could take up to 7-15 business days to be delivered.
* The delivery times are subject to change depending on carrier reliability; based on extreme delays caused by weather or overall package volume.

We’re currently in the process of rolling out international shipping. At the moment we’re shipping to the following countries: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, and most countries within the EU.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
If you’re not happy with your any of the products in your order and would like to go ahead with a return, please email us at hello@holmeandhadfield.com
Please make sure the product is returned, unused, within 28 days of the original purchase and in its original packaging.
Any refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the return back to our warehouse.
Pro versions come with a hinged case for easy access, as well as vegan leather padding for an extra layer of protection.
The non-pro versions have a standard case, without the hinge, and don’t include the vegan leather padding. We launched the pro versions at the end of 2023 as both of these features were highly requested by our existing customers.
