SHIPPING TIMELINE

All orders will be scheduled for shipment in 1-3 business days after the order is placed.

US orders: Once your order has been shipped out, it generally takes between 2-5 business days to be delivered.

International orders: Once shipped, it could take up to 7-15 business days to be delivered.

We offer free shipping in the US for orders over $350!

REFUNDS & RETURNS

RETURNS
We accept returns of unopened and unused Product Care Kits within 28 days of the purchase date. To be eligible, the kit must be in its original packaging.

We’ll provide a return label for domestic returns. If the item has been opened or used, we’re unfortunately unable to accept it for a return.

REFUNDS
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving your return, provided the item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

International Returns
International customers may return eligible items within 28 days, but return shipping costs will need to be covered by the customer.

If your Product Care Kit arrives damaged or faulty, let us know — we’ll happily replace it or issue a refund.

Remove the spray from its protective cover.
Spray directly onto the surface you’re cleaning (wood spray for wood only, acrylic spray for acrylic only).
Use the felt-wrapped spray bottle to evenly wipe the area.
Buff with the appropriate cloth to remove any remaining marks.
Step back and enjoy your spotless setup.

Will refills be available?

Yes! While refills aren’t available just yet, we’re planning to offer them soon. You’ll be able to reorder just the spray liquid (in the inner refill tube) at a lower cost, so you can top up without buying the full kit again.
