SHIPPING TIMELINE
Orders for the GiantMouse × Holme & Hadfield knife case will begin shipping between December 5-10, with deliveries expected around December 10-15, just in time for Christmas.

US orders: Once shipped, delivery generally takes 2–5 business days.
International orders: Delivery may take 7–15 business days, depending on destination.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

RETURNS

We accept returns within 28 days from the moment you receive your order. We will provide return labels for returns made within this period. Please ensure the product is returned unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging. Any damages to the product may affect the total refund amount depending on the condition.

REFUNDS
Any refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the return back to our warehouse. Please ensure the product is in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

International Returns
Customers will have to pay for international return labels if they wish to return the product within 28 days of the purchase date. This is because our warehouses are based in the US.

Damaged Products
If an order arrives damaged, we will offer a replacement for the damaged part, the entire product, or a refund.

Accidental Damage
We do not cover any accidental damage made by the customer. However, we can offer a replacement part for the same model at a cost, depending on the availability of the product.

Manufacturing Defects
In case of any defects related to product design, we will offer a replacement.
