SHIPPING TIMELINE
All orders will be scheduled for shipment in 1-3 business days after the order is placed. We ship orders from our warehouse in Oklahoma.

If your order is from the US: Once your order has been shipped out, it generally takes between 2-5 business days to be delivered.

If your order is from Canada: Once your order has been shipped out, it generally takes between 7-15 business days to be delivered.

You'll receive an email with tracking info as soon as your order ships.
Be sure to check your spam or promotions folder if you don't see it.

Delivery to certain remote or extended-transit destinations may take longer, including: Alaska, Hawaii, Maine, Vermont, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Connecticut, Rhode Island.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are based on product weight and calculated automatically at checkout.

We offer free shipping in the US for orders over $1,000.

**The delivery times are subject to change depending on carrier reliability, based on extreme delays caused by weather, overall package volume, or peak periods such as Valentine's Day, Father's Day, and Christmas.

IMPORTANT for Canadian orders: Your order may be subject to duties or taxes imposed by Canadian customs. It is the customer's responsibility to familiarise themselves with customs rules and regulations and to ensure payment of any duties or taxes that may apply to their order. Holme & Hadfield will not be able to provide refunds based on any duties or tariffs imposed by customs authorities.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

RETURNS
We accept returns within 28 days from the moment you receive your order. We will provide return labels for returns made within this period. Please ensure the product is returned unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging. Any damages to the product may affect the total refund amount depending on the condition.

REFUNDS
Any refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the return back to our warehouse. Please ensure the product is in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

International Returns
Customers will have to pay for international return labels if they wish to return the product within 28 days of the purchase date. This is because our warehouses are based in the US.

Damaged Products
If an order arrives damaged, we will offer a replacement for the damaged part, the entire product, or a refund.

Accidental Damage
We do not cover any accidental damage made by the customer. However, we can offer a replacement part for the same model at a cost, depending on the availability of the product.

Manufacturing Defects
In case of any defects related to product design, we will offer a replacement.

What can I display with The Collective?

Watches, knives, and coins, all in one case. The interchangeable pillars let you set it up however you want.

Does it work with The Armory Riser?

Yes. The Collective is built to the same size as our Armory knife case, so it works with the Armory Riser. The Riser is a stackable drawer that sits under the case and adds storage for up to 16 more knives. Stack as many as you need.

Can I rearrange the layout?

Yes. Every pillar is interchangeable, so you can swap and rearrange them anytime your setup changes.

Can I display coins too?

Yes. The redesigned knife pillars double as coin holders, so the same pillar shows off a knife or a coin, whatever you want on display.

Does it come with add-on pillars?

The Collective comes with seven pillars as standard: three for watches and four for knives and coins. If you want more layout combinations, you can add an optional 4-pack of add-on pillars.

When will my order ship?
