RETURNS

We accept returns within 28 days from the moment you receive your Pen Deck. We will provide return labels for returns made within this period. Please ensure the product is returned unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging. Any damages to the product may affect the total refund amount depending on the condition.

REFUNDS
Any refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the return back to our warehouse. Please ensure the product is in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

International Returns
Customers will have to pay for international return labels if they wish to return the product within 28 days of the purchase date. This is because our warehouses are based in the US.

Damaged Products
If an order arrives damaged, we will offer a replacement for the damaged part, the entire product, or a refund.

Accidental Damage
We do not cover any accidental damage made by the customer. However, we can offer a replacement part for the same model at a cost, depending on the availability of the product.

Manufacturing Defects

The 7 pen holders on the top deck are designed to fit most pens between 4.5" and 6" (11.4 cm – 15.2 cm) in length.

Based on survey feedback from pen collectors, we optimized the design to accommodate over 90% of popular pens. Shorter pens can be stored in the removable pen tray in the drawer below, which also fits pens up to 6" in length and holds 10 pens in total.

Is it suitable for displaying fountain pens?

Yes absolutely!

Will it scratch my pens?

No. After extensive testing and feedback from pen collectors at a trade show, the wooden holders were designed to provide a secure, scratch-free home for your collection.

Can I remove the drawer insert?
