HOW DOES THE SHIPPING WORK
All orders will be scheduled for shipment in 1-3 business days after the order is placed.
Once your order has been shipped out from our warehouse, you will receive an automated shipping notification to your email. This will contain your tracking information!
SHIPPING TIME
US orders: Once your order has been shipped out, it generally takes between 2-5 business days to be delivered.
International orders: Once shipped, it could take up to 5-12 business days to be delivered.
* The delivery times are subject to change depending on carrier reliability; based on extreme delays caused by weather or overall package volume.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We’re currently in the process of rolling out international shipping. At the moment we’re shipping to the following countries: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, and most countries within the EU.

For all international orders, please be aware that your order may be subject to duties or tariffs, which can vary depending on the country you reside in. Holme & Hadfield will not be able to provide refunds based on any duties or tariffs imposed by your country's customs authorities

HASSLE FREE RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Having been consumers our entire lives, one of the things that still annoys us the most are the hoops you often have to jump through to get a refund or process a return online. You need to have the original manual, the packaging needs to be in pristine condition, and you can forget about it altogether if you’re a day late for the returns window... the list can be endless.
For us, it doesn’t matter whether it’s been more than 28 days, you no longer have the original packaging, or you accidentally spilled coffee on it – we’re committed to making it right.
So if you’re not happy with your product or order, let us know, and you can return it for a refund or exchange.
