SHIPPING COST

Shipping cost is based on the weight of the product(s) and is calculated automatically in the checkout.

We offer free shipping in the US for orders over $200!

SHIPPING TIME

US orders: Once your order has been shipped out, it generally takes between 2-5 business days to be delivered.

International orders: Once shipped, it could take up to 5-12 business days to be delivered.

Having been consumers our entire lives, one of the things that still annoys us the most are the hoops you often have to jump through to get a refund or process a return online. You need to have the original manual, the packaging needs to be in pristine condition, and you can forget about it altogether if you’re a day late for the return window... the list can be endless.

For us, it doesn’t matter whether it’s been more than 28 days, you no longer have the original packaging, or you accidentally spilled coffee on it – we’re committed to making it right.

So if you’re not happy with your product or order, let us know, and you can return it for a refund or exchange.

The non-pro versions have a standard case, without the hinge, and don’t include the vegan leather padding. We launched the pro versions at the end of 2023 as both of these features were highly requested by our existing customers.
